Sweet As! Western Swing & Blues Troubadours

Vocalist, guitarist, songwriter and bandleader DON BURNHAM has sung his way across six musical decades, along the way creating LOST WEEKEND WESTERN SWING BAND, the NEW CENTURY JAZZ BAND, and the BOLOS.

Don has produced five acclaimed albums, and in 2005 he was inducted into the Western Swing Hall of Fame.

Teaming up with distinguished Kiwi guitarist Nick Granville, and Wellington bass ace Graham Parker, Don opens up his legendary song bag, brimming with originals, old favorites, classics and undiscovered gems. He’ll be joined by his Kiwi wife, vocalist Sarah Duckworth.

Blues/Americana duo Dave Murphy and Janet Muggeridge open the show at 7.30.
