Play Our Preludes - WEST

Play Our Preludes is a free piano concert of Microjazz by NZ composer Christopher Norton. This initiative is funded by Auckland Council and supported by SOUNZ, the Centre for NZ Music. A young composer will have their original piece for piano premiered at the concert. For the last part of the concert, audience are able to grab a percussion instrument and playalong to the music. A fun event to help celebrate the 25th anniversary of NZ Music Month. Pianist Lee Martelli-Wood is an active community performer, as an accompanist of choirs and provider of entertaining concerts of light music.
